Donna Quintana, RHU
Employee Benefits Specialist
Donna joined The Quintana Group in 1999, after a successful sales career in the telecommunications industry.
She is a member of the Portland Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters. NAHU members embrace a strict code of ethics and constantly seek to improve their knowledge of health insurance regulations and products through continuous education. In 2009, Donna earned the Registered Health Underwriter professional designation from the American College. The American College awards the designation to persons who fulfill rigorous educational, experience and ethical requirements.
Employee Benefits planning is a dynamic process that should ideally be reviewed and modified annually, to meet the changing desires and requirements of the employer and employees. Even more important is the proper communication of the Employee Benefits program to participating employees. Merely describing the benefits is not enough, it is important to also communicate the value of the benefits.
Donna's area of expertise is in providing value-added services which make employee benefits programs accessible, understandable, and ultimately more appreciated by both employers and employees.
She was instrumental in the development of the MyBenefits feature of our web site, which has helped The Quintana Group to become a leading provider of innovative, internet based, employee benefit communication solutions. Through our unique MyBenefits service, we provide our employer clients with private, password-protected websites which contain customized benefit information for their employees as well as forms, provider directories and customer service.
This unique service is one example of what makes The Quintana Group a leading provider of innovative, internet-based, employee benefit administration solutions.
